These soft neutrals are perfect to pair with the tougher denims and leathers this season. Go for shiny satins and soft silk sheers in pretty blouses and lots of ruffles, pleats or matte sequins complete this super-feminine look. Denim Report: Extremes Jeans are going to extremes this season! Super slim skinnies and full out flares! Aren't you happy your favorite skinnies and jeggings will still look great this year? Just add some new skinny cargos and a skinny tailored trouser and your slim jean wardrobe will be complete! Flares look clean in both light and dark washes and feel just right with some colorful platforms. True, they're a little 70's-esque - but think less Janice Joplin and more Love Story classic! Shoe Report: Menswear So what shoes do you wear with all the uber-girlie styles this season? Well something that looks like it came out of your dad's closet, of course! Nothing looks fresher with your favorite flowery dress than some sleek wingtips or even an ankle-high engineer bootie. What to wear with your jeggings and a flowing sweater? Chunky motorcycle boots with lots of texture. We're thrilled that platforms will be going forward and will look great with just about anything. Try them out with some ankle socks for a funky new look! Accessory Report: Scarves and Jewelry Scarves, scarves, scarves! You can NOT have too many scarves! They add color, texture, warmth and, of course, style! Anytime the weather's cool enough to wear jeans, there should be a scarf around the neck! Even on a warm Fall evening, tie one on your handbag for sudden AC chills. As for jewelry, think vintage charm or tough-chic. Lots of chains in shiny or antique gold with lockets and beads for a sweet compliment to your dress/wingtips combo. Or black and silver layered chains for a very rock-&-roll look to suit your jeggings and biker boots.
